At JasonsBridal.com, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We want you to love what you ordered, and if you encounter any issues, please get in touch with us within 90 days of receiving your items. Our customer support team is ready to assist you.

Please note that the color of the dress may appear differently on your screen depending on your device’s display settings. To help you make the right choice, we recommend ordering fabric swatches (shipping is free) before making your final decision.

Sizing can vary across different brands, so please consult our detailed size chart, available on each product page, to ensure the best fit.

To offer a wide variety of options, JasonsBridal.com works with own factory and independent designers, alongside our own exclusive creations. By working directly with our own resources, we can eliminate the middleman and pass on the savings to you. 

1. How to Return & Request a Refund
Submit a Return Request: Contact our Customer Service team within 90 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include the reason for the return and any supporting photos.
Return the Item(s): Once your return request is approved, please ship the items back to our warehouse in Asia using a trackable service. Returns must be sent within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they are in original condition and match the issues described in your request.

Refund Process:
For Returns within 14 Days: After inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Alternatively, you may opt for a JasonsBridal.com gift card or, for members of our Beloved Rewards program, receive the refund as points for future purchases.
For Returns After 14 Days but Within 90 Days: Returns processed after 14 days but within 90 days will receive a refund via a JasonsBridal.com gift card or points for members of our Beloved Rewards program. The refund value will match the confirmed refund amount.

Important Notes:
Returns are not accepted without prior approval. Please contact us first.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items are not in acceptable condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, clean, and free from lint or hair).
We are not liable for lost or damaged returns, so please retain the tracking information.
Returns beyond 90 days are not eligible for a refund.

2. Returnable Items
Standard-size dresses (except clearance, final sale items, and certain designer collections) are returnable, but a restocking fee will apply. As we specialize in made-to-order dresses, not inventory sales, returns are subject to this fee. Please note that shipping, return shipping fees, taxes, and rush fees are non-refundable.

Wedding Dresses & Wedding Jumpsuits:
A 30% restocking fee applies (excluding shipping and taxes). Clearance wedding dresses are final sale and cannot be returned.

Bridesmaid & Bridal Party Dresses:
A 20% restocking fee applies (excluding shipping and taxes). Clearance dresses are final sale.

Alteration Packages:
Alteration packages are valid for one year from purchase. After that, they become invalid. If you request a refund for an alteration package, 50% of the price will be refunded as it’s a special prepaid package deal.

3. Non-returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Customized Orders:
Orders that are custom-made (including custom size, color, or style) cannot be returned for any reason. These are final sale items.

Accessories & Intimates:
Items such as gloves, ties, jewelry, veils, headpieces, and intimate items (corsets, petticoats, etc.) are non-returnable and are considered final sale.

Final Sale Items:
Any clearance items, including certain designer collections (e.g., Faves & Bliss), are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift Cards:
Gift cards are non-refundable and considered final sale.

4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need to replace an item, please return the original item (according to our return policy) and place a new order for the replacement. Please be aware that promotional pricing or discounts on the original order will not apply to the new order.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations
Due to the fast-paced nature of our made-to-order process, we can only accommodate cancellations or changes within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, changes may incur fees or may not be possible. If you’d like to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation Refunds:
Within 24 hours: 90% refund
Once an order has been confirmed after 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible.

Please note that service charges for installment transactions (e.g., Afterpay, Sezzle, Affirm) will be deducted from your refund, as will any PayPal fees for international orders.
