What If I Received a Wrong or Defective Item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will issue a full refund for the item. After 14 days, we may not be able to process a return or full refund. For your protection, dresses are typically inside out for shipping. Please turn the dress right-side out before trying it on.
Can You Deliver to My Country?
Yes, we offer worldwide free shipping. At checkout, you will see if your country is eligible for shipping. Please refer to the shipping options available for your region.
How Long Does International Delivery Take?
Delivery time is calculated as Processing/Tailoring Time + Shipping Time. Processing times vary depending on the product and country. Do I Need to Pay Sales Tax or Custom Duties?
Our prices do no include customs duties, sales taxes or VAT. Except for customers in California, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, we do not charge sales tax or VAT on international orders. As all our dresses are custom-made, orders can only be fully refunded if canceled within 24 hours of order confirmation. Cancellations requested after this period may not be eligible for a full refund.

Since our dresses are made to order, the estimated delivery time is the sum of Production Time + Shipping Time. Wedding dresses typically take 4-8 weeks to ship, while other dresses take 3-4 weeks. We recommend ordering at least 3 to 4 months in advance to allow for alterations. Please note that dresses in our “Ready to Ship” section have limited availability and cannot be guaranteed in specific styles, sizes, or colors.
Can I Change the Size or Color of My Dress After Payment?
For size or color changes, please contact us within 24 hours of order confirmation. Changes may incur additional fees, and adjustments after this time may not be possible.

Shipping Time: Shipping times differ based on your destination. We offer FREE SHIPPING and it takes 7-10 business days to get to your address.
Important: The sooner you place your order, the sooner we can begin production. Once your order is processed, you will receive an estimated delivery date, which will be included in your Order Confirmation email.

What If I Want My Order Sooner?
All our dresses are made to order to ensure the highest quality, which requires additional production time. If you need your dress sooner, we recommend selecting expedited shipping during checkout. Please note that we cannot guarantee shorter processing time for made-to-order items.
How Do I Clean My Dress?
All our dresses are dry clean only. Please do not machine wash them. If your dress has wrinkles, the best way to remove them is by steaming. You can steam the dress at home or take it to a local tailor or dry cleaner. For minor wrinkles, you can also hang the dress in a bathroom while taking a hot shower, as the steam can help relax the fabric.
Do You Take Phone Orders?
